Raj Gantaram is a diverse and dynamic executive with a proven record of accomplishment in customer account development, relationship management, strategic planning and execution, business acquisition leadership, and partnership initiatives.

He started his entrepreneurial career in 2001, launching Netlogic Solutions. Mr. Gantaram is a results-oriented leader with the ability to move engagements from vision and strategy to execution and follow-through. He effectively leads teams by maximizing team effectiveness and promoting collaboration and communication with all levels of the organization. By interfacing with the client(s), demonstrating service(s), and negotiating deals, Mr. Gantaram’s leadership for corporate growth is exemplified by delivering product and service offerings to satisfied customers.

Mr. Gantaram holds a Master of Science degree in engineering from Texas Tech University. He has obtained several key technical and management certifications including ITIL Expert, Governance, Regulatory & Industry Compliance Certification on SOX and Basel II, and PMP.

Mr. Gantaram has over 25 years of IT experience in publishing, banking, education, insurance, communication industries, and is currently supporting the US public sector, both DOL and USDA customers through a large-scale IT modernization and cloud services efforts, program management initiative that includes overseeing emerging technology projects.

With a deep commitment to the community, Mr.Gantaram is actively involved in a local office community management association in Virginia where he currently serves on the board as a vice-president. He also supports a not-for-profit program called Soham Academy of Human Excellence in India.
