For over two decades, Netlogic Solutions has supported major federal departments and commercial organizations with secure, high-performance IT solutions. Our projects are delivered under benchmarked quality certifications.
In partnership with Verdi Consulting, Netlogic delivers comprehensive IT support services for the DOL Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). Our work directly supports technology modernization, automation, financial systems updates, and robust cybersecurity protocols.
Netlogic partners with the Office of Job Corps to deliver a Unified Management System (UMS) replacing fragmented legacy environments (like JFAS). Built on our proprietary LogicVU® framework, UMS standardizes and ingests financial data from DOL sources (NCFMS and JCFMS).
The system establishes a seamless operational loop: Power BI dashboards provide real-time spending insights, and Appian’s workflow engine handles immediate business action handoffs with reliable write-backs to source databases.
Netlogic supported the SPARQ application, a critical Case Management System providing the DOL Employment and Training Administration (ETA) with an automated platform for managing grantee participant data, including PII capture, entry evaluations, and training hours.
A key feature of the system was the automation of the Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) process, handling the generation, display, and official approval of QPRs for grantees each quarter, alongside summarized annual reporting.
Netlogic designed, upgraded, and migrated USPTO’s critical PALM and IFW databases from unsupported 9i environments on HP-UX/AIX to 2-node 11g RAC setups on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). We configured GoldenGate replication to keep systems in sync and minimize migration downtime, and set up 12c Cloud Control to meet Federal CIS security standards.
Netlogic developed, enhanced, and maintained the Professional Standards Training Tracker Tool (PSTTT) using .NET, MS SQL Server, and AWS Cloud IaaS. The system enables school nutrition professionals to track compliance hours. Additionally, we provided PMSS support to the PIMB branch, managing requirements gathering, UAT testing, and technical reviews across six concurrent IT projects.
We supported the National Field Office Case Information System (NFOCIS), developing repeatable templates and self-monitoring methodologies to check investigative records for accuracy. We cleansed sensitive names, SSNs, and addresses across the N-Force and N-Spect databases using Qbase tools, XML, and Oracle.
Netlogic enhanced and sustained 40+ software modules accessible via the OASIS web portal. We designed and deployed a comprehensive Drupal-based portal environment and automated helpdesk password reset workflows, reducing monthly support ticket calls from 800 to under 200.
